RETURNS: Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned for full credit, less a restocking fee (standard 10%) and any transportation charges. If the return is due to a Clark Rope Access Equipment error, the restocking fee will not apply. If, for any reason, the item is in unacceptable condition to be returned to stock, a larger restocking fee (20+%) may be assessed or the product will be returned to the dealer without credit.

The following conditions apply:
• each item is in new, resalable condition and is the current model, color, and package we stock
• ALL items must be approved with a Return Authorization number (RA#) before being returned to Clark Rope Access Equipment

An RA# is valid for one month from the date of issue. Returns due to mis-shipments must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
