Clark Engineering Construction was established in 1978. Our goal was to provide a turn-key operation in the oil and gas industry, specializing in offshore construction projects from the planning stages to the completion of the project.

Our typical services include but are not limited to job walk (analyzing), field layout process piping design, structural steel design, process prints in (CAD) form, material ordering and handling, and the collection of MTR's before construction commences.

Shop fabrication consists of X-ray quality, high pressure, process piping systems to structural steel projects, deck extensions, drilling rig sub bases, generator enclosures, etc. Quality Control and Quality Assurance manual, personnel and management are supplied throughout the construction process.

Third party N.D.T. examinations of products are performed prior to blasting and coating, with a variety of options available. Blasting and several variations of coating options are available (from three coat paint systems to specialized powder coat applications). Packaged and labeled products are placed in pre-rigged (certified) shipping containers for shipment anywhere on or offshore.

Field crews are typically dispatched after equipment and shipping containers arrive at the job site. The field crews are outfitted with gang boxes and equipment suited to any size of project or projects. All personnel are seasoned veterans who are well trained in rigging, certified welding, blasting and coating, scaffold erection, rope access, and most important safety.

All projects are tracked daily via complete job cost and reporting. Upon completion of projects, clients will receive a full Quality Control and Quality Assurance package.
